Password Not Valid is a chaotic competitive party game for 2–6 players where you build your own password while the rules never stop changing.
It starts easy. A few rounds later your password needs as many vowels as digits, every consonant in uppercase, a symbol at the end, a Roman numeral and another player's name. The rules aren't random: the players take turns choosing them, and every rule applies to everyone, so picking an easy one helps your opponents too.
Every rule you break damages your system. Lose it and you aren't out: you become the hacker, cracking the passwords of everyone still standing.
The game must follow these 6 rules:
Each round someone picks the next rule from a few options, and it binds the whole table.
No repeated characters plus six vowels? There are only five, until you remember "A" and "a" are different characters.
A rule can come flipped, hardened, dangerous, volatile, personal… and one rule can stack several. Votes on special effects add more mid-game, and someone always votes for whatever hurts you most.
Knocked-out players guess the survivors' passwords. Every hit damages their system.
Trade system Integrity for kits that bend the rules in your favour.
Trivia rounds quiz the table on its own match: the longest password, the letter nobody typed, who proposed the newest rule. Streamers can bring their Twitch, YouTube or Kick chat in to pick rules and vote. Plus practice against bots, achievements and plenty of surprises between rounds.
